Many people criticize Catholics because according to them "we pray to Angels and Saints as if they were Gods". We must forgive their ignorance and pray for them. We pray to Saints as an intercession before God, Our Father. They can assist us through our trials and tribulations. Saints have greatly suffered for their faith in God which is something that nowadays we know nothing of. We get a headache and run and take two tylenols to numb the pain. Many Catholics are ashamed of wearing a Scapular or Rosary around their neck because of fear of what people might think. Most of us are guilty of this and much more at some point in our lives. When God decides its time to wake you up then you will see and feel differently. We could learn alot about reading the lives of Saints. You should find one that most inspires you and pray to him/her for help in your spiritual journey. They can be your crutch when you feel like you can't keep walking down your road to eternal salvation. There are so many Saints but I wanted to highlight the ones that most inspire me.
